After online payment you will receive a numerical code 1 day before arrival. This code is valid for the duration of your stay (arrival day 15:00 – departure day 11:00). In order to guarantee security, each guest receives his own code, which is generated again and again. If there are any challenges, you can reach us by phone around the clock. In Vienna, the short-stay parking zone applies from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. and parking is only possible with a parking ticket. You can get them in Viennese tobacconists and gas stations. The nearest public garage is the APCOA underground garage (Schlesingerplatz, 280 m away, approx. 30€/24h).
